Returns within 180 days

Eligible Modern Splash products may be returned within 180 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange or credit. Items must be in fully resalable condition with original packaging intact.

To start a return, please notify us in writing at hello@modernsplash.co.uk

Please include the following details in your letter:

Order number

Photos of items (condition and packaging)

Number of parcels

Delivery address

Contact number

Please note:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in resalable condition, which may affect your refund. Once a return request is submitted, returns will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

 

If your return is accepted, a member of our after-sales team will contact you within 48 hours to let you know how to process your return. Once your return is confirmed, you have 180 days to return the item to us. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damage and Problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and correct it.

 

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as grout and adhesives), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and specialty items (such as tiles, aluminum composite panels). We also do not accept returns on hazardous goods, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return has been accepted, purchase a new item separately.

14 Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund as well.
